The city and the Jacksonville Jaguars announced plans Oct. 5 to transform parking Lot J adjacent to Daily’s Place into a $450 mixed-use project.

“Jacksonville deserves an iconic urban core,” Jacksonville Mayor Lenny Curry said at a news conference at Daily’s Place Flex Field.
