Bono’s Pit Bar-B-Q is planning to rebuild its fire-destroyed restaurant in the Town Center area off Gate Parkway.
Bono’s President Josh Martino said the restaurant at 10065 Skinner Lake Drive will be smaller than before and will feature a covered, outdoor patio.
A drive-thru will allow customers to pick up to-go orders.
Martino said Oct. 26 it will be the first free-standing restaurant the chain has constructed in several years. He hopes to open it by the spring.
