A real estate developer bought about 695 acres in Northwest Jacksonville on Oct. 15 for $12.5 million. The property is accessible from Garden Street on the south and Plummer Road on the North. The bulk of the property is south of the Jacksonville Ranch Club.

Coastland Group, a Neptune Beach-based real estate developer, bought about 695 acres in Northwest Jacksonville on Oct. 15 for $12.5 million.

The undeveloped property is about 15.5 miles northwest of Downtown Jacksonville. It is accessible from Garden Street from the south and Plummer Road from the north. The bulk of the property is south of the Jacksonville Ranch Club.

Other subdivisions near the property include Highland Chase, Sierra Oaks West and Flora Springs.
