Chase Bank approved to clear site for East Arlington branch

New York City-based JPMorgan Chase financial services company is building at northwest Atlantic and Kernan.

As Chase Bank seeks construction approval for a branch and drive-thru in East Arlington at an estimated project cost of $1.5 million, the city issued a site-clearing permit March 28 for the project.

GreenLite Technologies Inc. of New York City is the listed as the contractor for the horizontal development of 1.42 acres, also at a project cost of $1.5 million, at 11939 Atlantic Blvd. 

The JPMorgan Chase & Co. retail banking center is planned in 3,432 square feet of space in Atlantic North at northwest Atlantic and Kernan boulevards. It includes a drive-thru ATM.
