Power Home Remodeling moves toward Jacksonville build-out

The Pennsylvania-based company is leasing in Cypress Point Business Park between I-95 and Philips Highway, south of Butler.

Power Home Remodeling wants to build-out an office and classroom center in Cypress Point Business Park in  South Jacksonville at an estimated project cost of almost $1.42 million.

Holtsinger Construction is the contractor for the tenant build-out of 28,200 square feet of space at 8120 Nations Way, Unit 100. The city is reviewing a permit application.

Plans indicate office space, conference rooms, classrooms,  a break room and pantry.

Arcadis is the architect for the build-out. Viking Partners Cypress LLC of Cincinnati is the property owner.

Jacksonville-based NAI Hallmark announced Nov. 26 that Power Home Remodeling leased 30,088 square feet of space at Cypress Point Business Park. The building  comprises about 39,000 square feet and was built in 1999.

NAI Hallmark, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, said Vice Presidents Jason Purdy and Patrick Carney represented the landlord in the 10-year transaction. Purdy is an industrial specialist and Carney is an office specialist.

Avison Young represented the tenant in the deal.

“The office/flex nature of the business park allowed us to meet both their administrative and warehousing needs, keeping both functions under one roof and creating efficiency for their business,” Carney said.

PowerHRG.com says Power Home Remodeling’s services are available to residential homeowners in 23 locations across the U.S. and also in 25 territories.

It has Florida offices in the Fort Lauderdale, Orlando and Tampa areas.

Cypress Point Business Park is near Interstate 95 at southeast Butler Boulevard and Philips Highway.

It comprises eight office and flex buildings that total 344,000 square feet of space on 44 acres. It has 5- and 10-acre lakes, lakefront pavilions and a walking-jogging trail.

GBR Properties Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma, sold Cypress Point Business Park in 2019 to Viking Partners LLC for $35.8 million.

Cypress Point Business Park was developed between 1999 and 2004. Tenants include Fanatics and U.S. Assure.

The addresses for the business park are 8100 Nations Way, 8120 Nations Way (Building 100), 8120 Nations Way (Building 200), 8200 Nations Way, 8230 Nations Way, 8201 Cypress Plaza Drive, 8211 Cypress Plaza Drive and 7215 Financial Way.
