ArchWell Health has filed fictitious names with the State Department Division of Corporations to do business in Northeast Florida.
The Nashville, Tennessee-based medical system focuses on senior care.
ArchWell Health filed the names March 12, 2025, with an expiration Dec. 31, 2030, unless renewed.
ArchWell Health Medical of Florida LLC of Lithia, a Tampa suburb, is the owner. It is part of Nashville-based ArchWell Health Medical Holdings LLC.
Dr. Donald Goddard, M.D., is named on the filings.
ArchWellHealth.com lists Goddard as president and national director of primary care.

The Arlington build-out is 8,250 square feet at a project cost of $2.77 million in a building north of the Arlington Expressway.
The Brentwood build-out in Gateway Town Center is 11,795 square feet of its 13,553-square-foot leased space at a project cost of $3.37 million.
The Jacksonville Heights build-out is 6,873 square feet at a project cost of almost $2.65 million in Oak Hill Village at southwest 103rd Street and Ricker Road.
The Normandy build-out in West Jacksonville is 8,740 square feet at a project cost of $3.025 million in Space 34 in West Side Plaza at southeast Normandy Boulevard and Lane Avenue.
The Orange Park in Clay County build-out is within 14,624 square feet of space at a project cost of $2 million in Blanding Plaza, 2 miles south of Interstate 295.

ArchWell Health shows on its ArchWellHealth.com site that it has 54 locations open in nine states, including 10 clinics in Florida along the state’s Gulf Coast.
The 10 locations listed as coming soon comprise the five in Northeast Florida, another in Arizona and four that will open in Colorado as the 10th state of operation.
That raises the total to 64 in 10 states.
ArchWell Health says it is a national company “devoted to improving the lives of senior members through excellent primary care.”

It partners with Medicare Advantage plans that include Aetna, Anthem, Cigna Healthcare, Devoted Health Plans, Humana and United Healthcare.
