Orlando-based Massey Services announced March 19 it acquired Solve Pest Pros in Jacksonville.
Solve Pest Pros offers residential pest and termite services to nearly 6,000 customers in Northeast Florida, Massey said in a news release.
“Solve Pest Pros in Jacksonville has built a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive pest and termite services to its growing customer base,” Massey Services President and CEO Tony Massey said in the news release. “We look forward to continuing that commitment by providing exceptional service and our total customer satisfaction guarantee.”
Massey Services said the acquisition will give the company 15 service centers in and around Jacksonville that provide services to more than 57,000 customers.
Massey has been expanding in the area through acquisition.
It acquired Northeast Florida firms Orange Environmental Services in 2024 and Peninsular Pest Control Inc. in 2022.
Massey Services says it is the nation’s fifth-largest pest prevention company and largest privately held, family-owned company in the business.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
