The city is reviewing a permit application for the Four Seasons signature restaurant at a project cost of $10.5 million.

The restaurant is planned as a “public type 5* restaurant” on the 10th floor of the Four Seasons Hotel & Residences under construction at 1406 E. Bay St.

It will be operated by the Four Seasons and offer internal and external seating with views of EverBank Stadium and the St. Johns River.

Jaguars Director of Communications Lyndsay Rossman said the amount is inclusive of more than the enclosed restaurant.

She said that in addition to the enclosed restaurant itself, there are significant structural costs that cannot be separated from the base building and a large outdoor terrace that will be a part of this particular piece.

An application indicates it will be 3,486 square feet.

No site plans were filed as of 12:30 p.m. March 11.

PCL Construction LLC is the contractor.

Jacksonville Jaguars owner Shad Khan is developing the Four Seasons through Shipyards Hotel Jacksonville LLC.
