7 Brew Coffee, an Arkansas-based coffee drive-thru chain, is planning a store in Orange Park.
The shop is on an outparcel at 380 Blanding Blvd. in front of Old Time Pottery. Other outparcels at the site include Zaxbys, McDonald’s and Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.
According to its building permit application, its 510-square-foot plan is consistent with other 7 Brew locations, including a dual drive-thru. It will have 14 parking spaces.
The 1.12-acre site is owned by CTO Realty Growth of Daytona Beach through Pine20 Blanding LLC.
It would be its first location in the county and the sixth planned in Northeast Florida.
The others are at 3264 Gerona Drive E. and 7788 Normandy Blvd. in Jacksonville; and 1940 S. 14th St. in Fernandina Beach.
Stores are planned at 6730 103rd St. in Jacksonville and at County Road 208 and Florida 16 in Elevation Pointe in St. Johns County, according to county documents.
