  • AllianceFlorida at Cecil Commerce Center, 5550 POW-MIA Memorial Parkway, Bldg. E, contractor is Hillwood Construction Services L.P., 603,529 square feet, speculative warehouse, $34.95 million.
  • Trusa Realty LLC, 1718 McDuff Ave. N., contractor is JGLM Construction Services LLC, building demolition, $35,000.

Stores, Mercantile

  • Kia of Orange Park, 6373 Blanding Blvd., contractor is Morgan Construction Services LLC, 18,027 square feet, new service building, $2.3 million.

Utilities

  • JEA, 102 Kernan Blvd. N., contractor is Dugan & Meyers Industrial LLC, 4,680 square feet, Ridenour Water Treatment Plant new pump station and ground storage tank, $14.88 million.
