Winsupply buys Westside Industrial Park warehouse for $23.71 million

The company uses the 277,582-square-foot building as its regional distribution center.

Winsupply of Jacksonville’s parent company bought the warehouse it uses in Westside Industrial Park on March 3 for $23.71 million.

The 277,582-square-foot building at 6282 Imeson Road is Winsupply’s regional distribution center. It is on 16.48 acres and was built in 2019.

Winsupply of Dayton, Ohio, bought the warehouse through Noland Properties Inc. Pattillo Industrial Real Estate of Atlanta sold it through IM6282 LLC.

Winsupply says on its website it is a plumbing wholesaler that serves Jacksonville and the surrounding counties. It also distributes parts to businesses throughout the Southeast.

It opened the Jacksonville distribution center in 2020.

Winsupply has more than 660 local wholesalers in 45 states.
