The community is at 50 Wexford Way off north International Golf Parkway about 1 mile east of Interstate 95 and World Golf Village. Tampa-based DeBartolo Holdings bought it through Eight Winds Property Owner LLC. The community, built as Bannon Lakes, was completed in 2024 and comprises a clubhouse and seven four-story buildings.
