7 Brew Coffee adding second West Jacksonville drive-thru

The Arkansas-based chain, with five identified Northeast Florida sites, sells coffee and energy drinks, teas, lemonade, smoothies and shakes.

Westside is gaining another 7 Brew Coffee kiosk, this one along 103rd Street, between Interstate 295 and Blanding Boulevard.

The city issued a permit June 1 for BJD Construction Management LLC of Fort Myers to build a 541-square-foot kiosk on 0.65-acre site at 6730 103rd St. at a construction cost of $504,681.

It approved a site-work permit Feb. 24.

Duval County property records list the property owner has been 103rd Car Wash A LLC of Ponte Vedra Beach. CEI Engineering Associates Inc. is the civil engineer.

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation has an application dated April 9 from 7Venture LLC of Fayetteville, Arkansas, where the 7 Brew chain is based.

7 Brew serves coffee drinks, energy drinks, teas, lemonade, smoothies and shakes.

Its three open Northeast Florida locations comprise two in Jacksonville and one in Fernandina Beach.

In Jacksonville, the 3264 Gerona Drive E. drive-thru is at northeast Beach and Hodges boulevards in the Beach Haven area.

The 7788 Normandy Blvd. site is at southeast Normandy Boulevard and Bivins Road, west of I-295, also in West Jacksonville.

In Fernandina Beach, the drive-thru is at 1940 S. 14th St. in Fernandina Beach.

It also has identified a site in Elevation Pointe in St. Johns County.
