The 354-unit Elliot Baymeadows Apartments sold July 9 for $51.25 million. The community is at 9480 Princeton Square Blvd. The buyer was Post Investment Group of Los Angeles through Foothill Elliot Baymeadows LLC. Post Investment Group says it is “one of the largest, most active owner-operators of affordable housing in the nation,” with a portfolio of more than 30,000 units.
