Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recorded $1.6 billion in closed sales in 2024, a 10% increase compared with the previous year, it said in a Jan. 30 news release.
The real estate agency closed on 2,609 units, with an average price of $612,182 — an 8% jump from 2023.
The sales represent 5.6% of those made in its Northeast Florida market comprising Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns and Volusia counties, ranking it first in the market. It also was first in the luxury home sales category with a 9.6% market share among homes priced at more than $750,000, according to the release.
