Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices FNR reports $1.6 billion in closed sales in 2024

The total is a 10% increase over its 2023 sales in Northeast Florida, the real estate agency said.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty recorded $1.6 billion in closed sales in 2024, a 10% increase compared with the previous year, it said in a Jan. 30 news release.

The real estate agency closed on 2,609 units, with an average price of $612,182 — an 8% jump from 2023.

The sales represent 5.6% of those made in its Northeast Florida market comprising Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns and  Volusia counties, ranking it first in the market. It also was first in the luxury home sales category with a 9.6% market share among homes priced at more than $750,000, according to the release. 

“Our company’s tremendous success is a direct result of the talent, initiative and collaboration between our Realtors, employees and business partners,” said Ann King, president of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty, in the release.
