The Wideman Co. of Orlando announced Jan. 22 that it bought Citigroup’s Southside Jacksonville campus. It comprises four connected buildings that total more than 530,000 square feet of space. The campus also has a separate 40,000-square-foot building and 2,652 parking spaces. Citigroup will continue occupying about 230,000 square feet of space. The remaining space is being offered to new tenants.
