Smith Hulsey & Busey named Brandon Cook a shareholder.
Cook joined the firm as an associate in 2018 and focuses on business and commercial litigation. He also represents corporate clients in bankruptcy and workout arrangements, as well as clients in high-value asset family law matters.
Before joining Smith Hulsey & Busey, Cook was a judicial extern for Senior U.S. District Judge Harvey Schlesinger. He received a J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he was president of the Moot Court Team and editor for the University of Florida Journal of Law & Public Policy.
