ABA Centers of Florida leases space in Deerwood

The company specializing in autism care has four other offices in Florida.

ABA Centers of Florida is leasing 14,750 square feet of space in Greystone Park at Deerwood, NAI Hallmark announced Jan. 27.

It is at 10550 Deerwood Park Blvd. south of Butler Boulevard near Tinseltown and Town Center.

ABA Centers of Florida specializes in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Its mission is “To guide families through the process, providing the tools and support needed to improve the quality of life for children with autism and their families, offering hope for a better future,” it says on abacentersfl.com.

It has offices in Boca Raton, Jensen Beach, Orlando and Tampa.

NAI Hallmark Senior Vice President Office Specialist Patrick Carney and Senior Vice President Patrick Buckley brokered the lease deal on behalf of the landlord, Woodside Capital Partners. 

Chuck Diebel and Nancy Erickson of Colliers represented ABA Centers of Florida.

The lease rate is listed by NAI Hallmark as $14 per square foot.

“We are pleased to welcome ABA Centers of Florida to our diverse tenant mix at Greystone Business Park. The combination of a quality organization and Greystone’s central location and access to strong demographics made for the perfect fit,” Carney said in a news release.

Other businesses in Greystone include Next Science, ADT Security Services and Contractor Connection.

Greystone Park at Deerwood comprises five single-story buildings comprising 210,000 square feet. The space is suited for offices and flex options.
