Ellianos Coffee is building a drive-thru coffee kiosk in Regency Plaza in Arlington now that the city issued a permit Jan. 21 for the 800-square-foot project.
SimQ Development LLC of Lake City is the contractor for the $826,000 project on a 0.27-acre site at 9748 Atlantic Blvd.
The city issued a site-clearing permit Aug. 15.
Regency Plaza, which is anchored by Burlington, is at southeast Atlantic Boulevard and Live Oak Drive, near Regency Square Mall. Some plans show its address as 9840 Atlantic Blvd.
Loring Design Group LLC is the architect. The project owner is Cold Brew Management LLC.
Lake City-based Ellianos sells hot, iced and frozen coffees and drinks, refreshers, smoothies, shakes and teas.
Dairy-free options are available.
The food menu includes breakfast bowls, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, sandwiches, cookies, brownies, muffins, croissants. chips and cake pops.
The existing Northeast Florida Ellianos sites comprise five in Jacksonville and four in Fernandina Beach, Orange Park, Middleburg and Saint Johns. Two are shown at ellianos.com as coming soon to Regency Plaza and to Girvin Plaza in the East Arlington area.
