Duval County Clerk of Courts begins second term

With his wife, Susan, holding the Bible, Duval County Clerk of Courts Jody Phillips was sworn in for a second term in office by 4th Circuit Chief Judge Lance Day on Jan. 7.

In 2024, Phillips and his staff of 300 people served about 200,000 customers in person in addition to many more on the clerk’s website and recorded about 300,000 documents.
