Zubi’s Diamonds and Gems coming to Outparcels at Town Center II

The shopping center is under development where a Wendy’s restaurant was demolished west of Nordstrom.

Zubi’s Diamonds and Gems is coming to the Outparcels at Town Center II, the shopping center planned adjacent to St. Johns Town Center, developer Ashco Inc. announced Jan. 7.

The 16,000-square-foot shopping center is at 4907 Big Island Drive on the site where a Wendy’s restaurant was demolished west of Nordstrom.

It will be the second location for Zubi’s, which is open in the Celebration Pointe Mall in Gainesville.

The 16,000-square-foot Outparcels at Town Center II is in development at 4907 Big Island Drive. It is expected to be completed in January 2026. Tenants already signed include Zubi’s Diamonds and Gems, Visual Comfort & Co. and Belamo

Tiffany Ashurian of Ashco said Jan. 9 the Outparcels at Town Center II has not broken ground. She expects it to be completed in January 2026.

Ashurian said the center, which will feature a modern glass design, is nearly 70% leased, with 6,000 square feet available that could be divided for two tenants.

Ashco announced in November that Visual Comfort & Co. and Belamo signed leases for the Outparcels at Town Center II.

Visual Comfort & Co. sells designer lighting. Belamo is a patio furniture company.

Tenants at Ashco’s adjacent Outparcels at Town Center I, at 4853 Big Island Drive, include Modani Furniture, Elase Med Spa, Mayday Ice Cream, DOS Coffee and Talkin’ Tacos.
