Shores Liquor permitted to build in Beachwalk in St. Johns County

It will be its 19th location in Northeast Florida.

Shores Liquor is permitted to build a store in the planned Beachwalk community in St. Johns County.

The county issued a building permit for a 9,000-square-foot location Dec. 31.

It is planned at 1535 County Road 210 less than a quarter mile east of the mixed-use development The Fountains of St. Johns.

It will be Shores Liquor’s 19th location in Northeast Florida, according to www.shoresliquor.com.

The project cost is $2.5 million. 

“We aim to provide a premium shopping experience for all your beverage needs,” the website says. 

Operating hours typically are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday-Thursday; 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday; and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday.
