  • Walmart, 10000 Omni Drive, contractor is FMGI Inc., 174,437 square feet, new building, $30.19 million.
  • Enterprise Rent-A-Car, 11034 Atlantic Blvd., contractor is ShayCore LLC, 2,533 square feet, interior renovation, $299,712.
  • UPS Store, 11341 Normandy Blvd., No. 106, contractor is Watson Construction Group Inc., 1,346 square feet, tenant build-out, $51,270.
