Tamaya Market could be adding McDonald’s at northeast Beach and Kernan boulevards.

The city issued a mobility fee calculation certificate Feb. 24 for a 3,200-square-foot fast-food restaurant with a drive-thru on a 0.79-acre site.

The $80,887 fee would mitigate the development impacts.

The Island Wing Co. Grill & Bar logo is shown on this Colliers site brochure in the bottom right. McDonalds would be left of the Island Wing.

The site appears to be next to the Island Wing Co. in development as Building 1 on Outparcel 2 at the front entrance.

An original site plan showed the 1.5-acre outparcel could accommodate 10,000 square feet of retail space.

Island Wing Co. is designed as almost 7,000 square feet.

The concept site plan shows the developer as McDonald’s USA LLC.

Tamaya Market, on more than 11 acres at 12675 Beach Blvd., is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.
