CT Realty sold a leased 1 million-square-foot warehouse in Florida Gateway Logistics Park in May for almost $91.725 million to Dallas-based Hillwood. Building 800 was built in 2023 on 51.66 acres at 9909 Pritchard Road in West Jacksonville. Total Distribution Inc., a third-party logistics company that is part of People Services Inc. of Canton, Ohio, leased the warehouse starting in August 2023.
