Jaguars seek $43.1 million permit for 'Stadium of the Future' construction

The project continues the NFL team’s path toward a $1.4 billion renovation of EverBank Stadium by 2028.

The Jacksonville Jaguars are seeking a building permit for a $43.13 million "Stadium of the Future" project known as IFC #2B.

With the 2024 season ended and work beginning on the $1.4 billion renovation, the Jaguars sought bids for Bid Package IFC #2B for “underground & blindside waterproofing, expansion joints, and vertical transportation.”

The AECOM Hunt Construction + Barton Malow joint venture is the construction manager.
