Jacksonville-based personal injury law firm Farah & Farah is adding space to its St. Augustine offices.
St. Johns County issued a permit Feb. 7 allowing the law office to add a third building to its property. The 12,246-square-foot structure will cost about $2.8 million.
Bent Construction LLC of Jacksonville is the contractor for the building planned at 3120 U.S. 1 S. Jacksonville-based Almond Engineering is the civil engineer.
Farah & Farah owns the land through 3100 US Highway 1 South LLC. It purchased it in 2016 for about $1.5 million.
The firm was founded in Jacksonville in 1979, according to Farahandfarah.com. It has 24 locations in Florida and Georgia. Its home office is at 10 W. Adams St.
The St. Augustine offices specialize in car, truck and motorcycle accidents, workers’ compensation, slip-and-fall accidents, medical malpractice and Social Security disability.
Veterinary Orthopaedic and Mobility Center shares space with Farah & Farah in one of the existing buildings. A second building leases to multiple tenants including Flagler OB-GYN, The Real Gator Realty and Next Level Family Chiropractic.
