Most recently, she served as business development manager at Miles Mediation & Arbitration, where she excelled in fostering relationships and managing large-scale projects including office expansions, mergers and acquisitions and event/program coordination.

The foundation of Cooper’s professional experience stems from her time as deputy clerk at the Clay County Courthouse and the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, as well as a paralegal at local law firms, showcasing her expertise in both operations and client engagement.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, she enjoys photography, floral design and outdoor adventures with her family.

As Cooper steps into her new role, we also want to express our deepest gratitude to Carla Ortiz-Ramos and Tony Adams for their years of dedicated service. Their contributions have strengthened the JBA community in countless ways and we wish them all the best as they move forward in their next endeavors.

In addition, as part of our continued commitment to providing the best possible member experience, we will be outsourcing select functions to further enhance our responsiveness and streamline our programs. This strategic approach allows us to serve you more efficiently and continue delivering value to our membership.

We look forward to great things ahead for the JBA community.
