JEA ratepayers can now track the progress of the city-owned utility’s major capital projects online.

A new page on JEA’s website, www.jea.com/About/Building_For_The_Community/ offers updates of projects with costs exceeding $25 million.

Six projects are included on the page, ranging from $377 million in upgrades to the Buckman Water Reclamation Facility to $63 million for upgrading and expansion of pipelines and mains at the Greenland Water Reclamation Facility.

Visitors to the page can find timelines, cost estimates, details of work being done, videos and more.

JEA spokesperson Karen McAllister said the page would next be updated before the Feb. 21 meeting of the utility’s Capital Projects Committee.
