Wells Fargo Bank is planning a branch on the southwestern-most outparcel of the proposed Walmart Supercenter project in St. Johns County.
The Supercenter is planned at 3405 International Golf Parkway, about 2 miles west of Buc-ee’s, Costco and Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World at World Commerce Center.
The site plan shows the Wells Fargo on the 2.43-acre Outparcel 1 at St. Johns Parkway and International Golf Parkway.

The St. Johns River Water Management District began reviewing an environmental resource permit application for the dual drive-thru, 4,200-square-foot project Dec. 23.
Headquartered in Warren, New Jersey, Bohler Engineering FL LLC is the project civil engineer. Gatlin Development Group, through IGP WCC Project LLC, is the property owner, according to the county property appraiser website.
Other projects planned on the site’s nine total outparcels, according to county documents, include Chick-fil-A, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Panda Express and Chase Bank. Walmart also plans a fueling station.
Signs at the cleared site say the Walmart project is coming. The project has not issued building permits that are required to move forward.
Other Wells Fargo branches in St. Johns County are at 460 Florida 13, 2841 County Road 210 and 13750 Old St Augustine Road.
