The city issued a permit April 23 for Marand Builders Inc. to renovate the Fidelity Investor Center at 4671 Town Center Parkway at a project cost of $2.116 million.

Meskel & Associates Engineering PLLC of Jacksonville is the civil engineer.

The permit says the project is a two-phased, 6,730-square-foot interior renovation of the retail investment center. It follows a site-work permit issued April 7 at a project cost of $75,000.
