Colliers U.S. announced April 21 that Courtland Eyrick was named managing director and brokerage market leader for the North Florida region.

Eyrick will lead brokerage operations, including recruitment, retention and business development for the Jacksonville and Gainesville markets.

He will report to Stephanie Rodriguez, executive managing director for Florida and national director of industrial services for the U.S.

“As a highly talented professional in the commercial real estate industry, he brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, including leadership, brokerage and appraisal experience. I look forward to seeing the continued growth and success of this region under his leadership,” Rodriquez said in the announcement.

Eyrick has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, joining Colliers from CBRE in Jacksonville, where he progressed from leading the local valuation office to overseeing Valuation & Advisory Services across the Southeast.

Before that, Eyrick was principal and CEO of Florida Valuation, where he grew the firm’s revenue before it was acquired by CBRE.

The announcement said Eyrick is a member of the Counselors of Real Estate and serves as chairman of the Camp Weed & Cerveny Conference Center for the Episcopal Diocese of Florida.

He is also a supporter and member of the alumni organizations for The Bolles School and his collegiate alma mater, The University of the South, in Sewanee, Tennessee.

“I really look forward to further strengthening Colliers’ presence in the North Florida region,” Eyrick said.

Eyrick succeeds Christian Oldenburg, who joined Jacksonville-based Ash Properties as chief operating officer in April 2024.

Oldenburg had been executive managing director and market leader of Colliers International in Jacksonville for seven years.

Oldenburg joined Colliers in August 2017, according to his LinkedIn profile.

In the interim, Bryan Johnson, Colliers’ North Carolina market leader, oversaw operations in Jacksonville. He reported to Rodriguez.
