Foxtail Coffee Co. has a signed lease at the Publix-anchored Shoppes of Palm Valley in Ponte Vedra Beach.
The 1,200-square-foot shop is planned at 3777 Palm Valley Road, Unit 201.
The shopping center is off Mickler Road and about a mile west of Florida A1A.
Riley Skinner of Skinner Bros. Realty represented Foxtail Coffee in the Palm Valley lease. Jennifer McCullough and Annie O’Steen of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the property owner.
Other tenants at the shopping center include Wok N Roll, Vicenzo’s Cucina, Palm Valley Dentistry and Shores Liquor, which received a build-out permit March 26.
FBP Development P.V. LLC of Ocala is the property owner and landlord.
St. Johns County has not issued the permit required for build-out.
The Palm Valley shop will be the area’s fifth Foxtail Coffee. The fourth location, off Gate Parkway, opened Nov. 7 in The Palms at Gate Parkway. Others are in St. Augustine, San Marco and Ponte Vedra Beach.
A location in the Yulee will likely open soon in the Crossings at Wildlight shopping center. According to Nassau County, the store opted to use a private company for its inspections. Once those are complete, paperwork will need to be submitted to the county so it can issue a certificate of occupancy.
According to foxtailcoffee.com, the company has 87 locations in Florida, Georgia, Michigan and Nevada. The website also lists Florida locations coming soon in Orlando, Gainesville, Jacksonville Beach and Lakeland.
A Murray Hill location is listed on a Colliers leasing flyer, but it is not included among the “coming soon” locations on foxtailcoffee.com. Colliers has not yet replied to a call requesting more information.
Foxtail Coffee features Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream.
