McDonald’s planned for Florida 207 in St. Johns County

It will be the fast-food restaurant’s fifth location in the county.

Plans are in review for a McDonald’s fast-food restaurant along Florida 207 in St. Johns County. 

According to its website, it will be the fifth location in the county.

The 3,859-square-foot McDonald’s is planned on about 1 acre at 1725 Florida 207 at Rio San Juan Road. It is south of a 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store.

The permit application shows 26 parking spaces.

Integrity Construction & Design of Dacula, Georgia, is the project engineer. Intelligent Office Solutions of Palm Beach Gardens, through Black Fin 207 LLC, owns the uncleared lot.

The McDonald's will be next to a new ER announced Sept. 24 by AdventHealth.
