The Urban Land Institute of North Florida announced the finalists for its 2024 Awards for Excellence on Sept. 18.
The awards recognizing real estate projects and organizations will be presented at the ULI North Florida Awards for Excellence Gala on Oct. 22.
The organization said honorees include projects that demonstrate excellence and best practices in the areas of planning, design, construction, management, financial viability and sustainability.

Winners will be announced from 5-7:30 p.m. Oct. 22 at the ULI North Florida Awards for Excellence Gala at Deerwood Castle in Jacksonville.
