The warehouse is at 2983 Faye Road. It is east of the GE Appliances Warehouse near the JaxPort Blount Island Marine Terminal.
It is between New Berlin Road and Alta Drive about 1 mile from Interstate 295.
Livermore, California-based Loctek Ergonomic sold the property through 6075 Lance LLC. The buyer was EQT Exeter, the real estate division of EQT of Radnor, Pennsylvania. It was purchased through Exeter 2983 Faye LLC.
EQT Exeter is one of the largest real estate managers in the world, according to its website.
The 350,640-square-foot warehouse sits on 75.99 acres. It sold for $108 per square foot.
Lecangs, a Loctek logistical company, does not show Jacksonville on its site of e-commerce fulfillment centers at us.lecangs.com. The nearest is in Rincon, Georgia, near Savannah.
The building’s clear ceiling height is 32 feet with 31,000- to 40,000-pound dock levelers. It has finished office space and is equipped with LED lighting.
It has 34 dock-high doors for loading and two drive-in, on-grade-level doors.
6075 Lance LLC bought the warehouse and property for $15.9 million in January 2023 from Pattillo Industrial Real Estate of Atlanta through Jax2983 LLC.
Pattillo Industrial Real Estate had developed the first phase of the warehouse. Loctek then expanded the 234,000-square-foot warehouse to 350,640 square feet.
ARCO, a Ponte Vedra Beach design-build company, designed and built the warehouse and its expansion.
The warehouse was planned as an e-commerce fulfillment center for Loctek Ergonomic, which makes work furniture focused on wellness and productivity.
Loctek makes sit-stand height-adjustable workstations; monitor mounts; desk bikes; mobile carts with TV, DVD and camera shelves; space management mounts; ergonomic office chairs; and health and fitness accessories.
Loctek’s U.S. headquarters is in Livermore. Loctek Ergonomic Technology Corp. is based in China.
