Alumna Letti Bozard Spencer, vice president of Bozard Ford Lincoln, joined Flagler College’s board of trustees, the college announced Sept. 3.

“Letti’s exceptional leadership qualities, business acumen and dedication to our community make her a valuable addition to our Board of Trustees. We look forward to benefiting from her insights and expertise,” Flagler College President John Delaney said in a news release.

Bozard Spencer grew up at her family’s Ford dealership in St. Augustine. Following in the footsteps of her grandparents and father, she and her brother Bo Bozard, a 2010 Flagler graduate, represent the third generation to lead their family-owned franchise.

“It is an honor to be entrusted with a position on the Board of Trustees at Flagler College, an institution that holds a special place in my heart as an alumna,” Bozard Spencer said in the release.

After graduating with a bachelor’s in business administration in 1997, Bozard received an MBA from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.

Bozard Spencer devotes time and resources to local organizations including The Boys & Girls Club of Northeast Florida, the St. Johns County Education Foundation and the Women of Vision Fund at Flagler College.

Bozard Spencer’s first meeting as a trustee will be in October.
