GreenPointe Developers announces Jade Brown as Division Manager in the North Florida Region.
Brown will work collaboratively with the North Florida development team to continue the growth and expansion of the division.
Brown brings more than 25 years of experience in residential and mixed-use community development, construction management and engineering and strategic investment management to GreenPointe Developers.
Brown is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
He is a Florida Certified General Contractor and Registered Professional Engineer.
