Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty of Jacksonville announced Oct. 31 it acquired Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Palm Coast Realty brokerage and its two Palm Coast offices.
The merged companies will operate under the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty name, the company said in a news release.
Financial terms of the merger were not released.
The merger adds 33 real estate agents to Berkshire Hathaway.
The deal expands Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty into Flagler and Volusia counties.
“The acquision is an opportunity to elevate and enhance the services that we provide to our clients and communities throughout Northeast Florida,” said Ann King, president Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty in a news release.
Tracy Glochau is the Broker Manager has been named Manager of the Palm Coast offices. She will continue in that same role at the company’s St.Augustine and Murabella at World Golf Village.
Founded in 1988, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty says it has more than 500 real estate professionals in nine offices throughout Northeast Florida.
In 2023, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Network Realty had more than $1.4 billion in closed sales.
