Southpoint office building sells for $6.5 million

NAI Hallmark says the four-story Fortune Plaza has more than 10,000 square feet of available space.

The Fortune Plaza at 6622 Southpoint Drive S. sold Oct. 22 for $6.5 million, according to an Oct. 30 news release.

The property is a four-story, 71,711-square-foot office building on 3.52 acres. It was built in 1983.

Keith Goldfaden, co-CEO of NAI Hallmark, and investment sales partner Daniel Burkhardt represented the seller, Acorn Ridge Plaza LLC, of Jacksonville.

Holley Capital LLC of Hilliard bought the property.

The buyer took out a $3.4 million mortgage with the seller.

Holley Capital retained NAI Hallmark to manage and lease the property. 

The fourth floor has 10,180 square feet of available space.
