The Jacksonville Bar Association will present “View from the Bench” at noon Oct. 30 in the jury assembly room at the Duval County Courthouse.
A panel of judges will offer insight into the state Supreme Court’s recent amendments to rules governing civil litigation practice, including changes that will impact case management procedures, discovery practice and motion practice in pending and new civil actions.
Moderated by JBA board member Asghar Syed, the panel comprises 4th Circuit Judges Waddell Wallace, Katie Dearing, Robert Dees, Virginia Norton, Bruce Anderson Jr., James Daniel, Michael Sharrit and Gilbert Feltel.
