Foley Construction is the contractor for the $360,000 build-out of the 1,383-square-foot project at 10950 San Jose Blvd., Unit 12, in San Jose Plaza.
San Jose Plaza is south of Interstate 295 at northwest San Jose Boulevard and Claire Lane in a center anchored by Bonefish Grill and Aldi.

In the Arlington area, the city is reviewing a permit for a 1,653-square-foot project in Southside Commons at 660 Commerce Center Drive, Unit 140, in a multitenant building on an outparcel.
Foley Construction is the contractor for the project, estimated at $375,182, shown between Fusion Sushi and Big City Barbers. The building is near VyStar Credit Union.
Sleiman Enterprises owns Southside Commons, which is east of Southside Connector north of Regency Square Mall.
In Beach Haven, a pending permit shows Foley Construction will renovate 1,368 square feet of space at an estimated job cost of $215,000 at 13740 Beach Blvd., Unit 112, in Pablo Creek Plaza East. The location is near Target at southeast Beach and Hodges boulevards.
Kelly Pulignano, senior vice president of The Shopping Center Group, represents the landlord in leasing.
