The Urban Land Institute of North Florida presented its 2024 Awards for Excellence on Oct. 22.
The awards, which recognize real estate projects and organizations, were presented at the ULI North Florida Awards for Excellence Gala at Deerwood Castle.
The organization said honorees include projects that demonstrate excellence and best practices in the areas of planning, design, construction, management, financial viability and sustainability.
At the ceremony, Aundra Wallace, president of JAXUSA Partnership, was recognized as the groups 2024 Visionary Leader.

The Northwest Jacksonville science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics school is at 4346 Roanoke Blvd. Educator Rutledge H. Pearson was a civil rights leader and human rights activist and president of the Jacksonville branch of the NAACP. He died in 1967.
