Heartland Dental is the latest tenant to lease at the Shops at Race Track Rd in Saint Johns.
It is the shopping center’s fourth confirmed tenant.
Another Broken Egg and KFC were the first tenants announced in late August. Dutch Bros Coffee was confirmed in September.
Founded in 1995, Heartland Dental works with 2,800 doctors “on providing support for the day-to-day non-clinical administrative workflow in over 1,700 locations across 39 states and the District of Columbia,” according to its website.
Heartland offices will have a unique name, logo and brand.
St. John’s at Racetrack LLC. owns the land. The company purchased it in 2022 for $8.5 million.
The project broke ground in August. It sits on 7 acres at 4560 Race Track Road, about 3 miles west of Interstate 95.
The shopping center is 70% pre-leased, said Scott Giles, senior broker at Atlantic Retail.
Heartland Dental is part of KKR, a global investment firm that owns more than 200 companies with more than $149 billion in investments, according to its website.
