  • CDM Smith Inc., 4651 Salisbury Road, No. 420, contractor is Jim Macon Building Contractor Inc., 4,949 square feet, interior alteration, $173,437.
  • Lantana Charter LLC, 8647 Baypine Road, No. 100, contractor is Lighthouse Construction of North Florida LLC, 2,971 square feet, tenant build-out, $69,900.
