Parkway Commons Shopping Center in the World Golf Village area of St. Augustine sold Oct. 15 for $8.14 million.
The buyer was Mesa, Arizona-based 2220 International Golf Parkway Pkwy LLC.
The seller was Fort Lauderdale-based Creighton Development through SEA 200 LLC.
Built in 2021, the 22,000-square-foot shopping center comprises two retail buildings. It sits on 2.62 acres at 630 and 650 E. Twincourt Trail.
Tenants include Parlour Doughnuts, Coldwell Banker Premier Properties, Fancy Sushi Kitchen and Anejo Cocina Mexicana restaurant.
The center is east across Interstate 95 from Costco, Buc-ee’s and Bass Pro Shops, which opens this year.
