The 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store in the World Golf Village area of St. Augustine sold Oct. 15 for $8.14 million.
The 7 -Eleven is at 2220 International Golf Parkway, at northwest International Golf Parkway and Bannon Lakes Boulevard in the Bannon Lakes Planned Unit Development. It is in front of the Eight Winds apartment community east of Interstate 95.
The buyer was Mesa, Arizona-based 2220 International Golf Parkway Pkwy LLC.
The seller was Fort Lauderdale-based Creighton Development through SEA 200 LLC.
St. Johns County issued a permit Feb. 8, 2023, for 7-Eleven to build the gas station and convenience store. The site design included the building, 16 fueling positions and a car wash on 1.97 acres.
