Hotel, Motel, Dormitory

  • Home2 Suites by Hilton, 3609 San Pablo Parkway, contractor is Kellogg & Kimsey Inc., 59,594 square feet, new building, $17.5 million.

Office, Bank, Professional

  • TierPoint LLC, 8324 Baymeadows Way, contractor is Duffey Southeast Inc., 1,845 square feet, interior renovation, $429,404.

Restaurants

  • Whataburger, 6251 103rd St., contractor is Venture Construction Co., 4,925 square feet, tenant build-out and dumpster enclosure, $1.66 million.

Stores, Mercantile

  • Sud Stop Car Wash, 2688 Firestone Road, contractor is Brothers Group Construction Co., 3,992 square feet, new building, pay station,  vacuum boom, vacuum enclosure and dumpster, $920,000.
