  • Home2Suites by Hilton, 3609 San Pablo Parkway, contractor is Kellogg & Kimsey Inc., 59,594 square feet, new building, $17.5 million.

Office, Bank, Professional

  • Tierpoint LLC, 8324 Baymeadows Way, contractor is Duffey Southeast Inc., 1,845 square feet, interior renovation, $429,404.

Restaurants

  • Whataburger, 6251 103rd St., contractor is Venture Construction Co., 4,925 square feet, tenant build-out and dumpster enclosure, $1.66 million.
