SRS Real Estate Partners said Oct. 1 that it completed the $6,497,562 sale of Parkway Place Shoppes in St. Johns County.

Rettner Building Management Corp. of New Rochelle, New York, bought it Aug. 19 through Bathgate Plaza LLC.

The seller was Corner Lot of Jacksonville through CLDG Parkway Place 3 LLC.

The center at 1385 St. Johns Parkway is across from Durbin Creek Crossing, a 70-acre mixed-use development near Interstate 95.

Tenants are KidStrong, Oola Mala Restaurant, Tsaocaa Tea, Benjamin Moore and Planet Smoothie. The 11,685-square-foot property was completed in 2023, according to SRS.

Senior Managing Principal Patrick Nutt, Executive Vice President William Wamble and Associate Daniel Becker, all based in Florida, brokered the sale.

“This property garnered strong investor interest as the high-quality asset features five e-commerce-resistant tenants on long-term leases,” said Wamble in a news release. “Parkway Place Shoppes offers the new owner an ideal, low-management, passive investment in a growing area of Florida, a state with no income tax.”

Year-to-date, SRS Capital Markets says it has completed about $1 billion in transactions across more than 250 deals in 45 states.

SRS has more than 660 properties on the market, with a total market value exceeding $3.2 billion.
