Pennsylvania-based GreatLIFE Golf Club Management bought it through GL Julington Creek LLC.  The seller was City Center Wholesale LLC, also of Pennsylvania, through BG-Julington Creek LLC.

GreatLife Golf operates 55 courses nationwide, and now six in Florida. In addition to Julington Creek, the others are Blackwater Golf Club in Crestview; the Country Club of Mount Dora; Eagle Ridge in Summerfield; Orange Lake Golf in Kissimmee and Windsor Parke in South Jacksonville.

GreatLife, founded in 1984, also provides leasing services and accounting for course owners.

Julington Creek Golf Club opened in 1992. The 18-hole course measures 6,908 yards from the gold tees. The longest hole is No. 14 at 566 yards. The course has a rating of 72.4 and a slope of 127.
